Radenci is a well-known Spa Resort in north-east Slovenia popular with guests from Austria and Italy alike. You can reach Radenci from 3 international airports in its vicinity:

• Ljubljana (2h drive) and
• Zagreb (2h drive).

Each of these airports also has train and bus connections one can take to reach either Maribor or Murska Sobota. From there, local connections to Radenci can be taken.

Ljubljana - Radenci

Traveling by car from Ljubljana to Radenci is mostly straightforward since one only needs to follow the main Highway past Maribor and only travel by regional road the last 15 km. The whole drive runs slightly under 2h according to Google Maps:

Graz - Radenci

Graz international airport is only 1h drive away from Radenci and offers the easiest access. One drives towards Maribor and continues in the direction of Murska Sobota with 15km regional road drive at the end.

Zagreb - Radenci

Zagreb international airport is a major travel knot and offers an approximate 2h drive to reach Radenci. One follows the Croatian Highway in the direction of Maribor. There is a shortcut one can take at Ptuj, but just following the Highway might be a better option.

Alternatively, one can use Croatian Highway in the direction of Varaždin and continue to border crossing at Goričan, briefly entering Hungary and wearing back towards Lendava and Murska Sobota. From there a short local drive brings you to your destination at Radenci.
